Electronic Corporate Identity for Army Training and Recruiting Agency

Army Training and Recruiting Agency Category
Electronic Corporate Identities

the briefthe brief

MarketingNet was commissioned by the MOD to create new designs for an Internet site for ATRA. The site needed to support the business by providing online information. ATRA had the internal resource available to build the site and so MarketingNet needed to provide a set of guidelines for using the design templates to ensure a consistent and well-structured site.

To communicate the design guidelines, MarketingNet created a simple online help tool that was the first port of call for anyone involved in creating the website. The ECI (Electronic Corporate Identity) included guidelines for writing text, using imagery, guides for template usage, and a library of various graphics. This meant that ATRA were able to save time and money in continually training staff on strategy, guidelines and their content management system, and also to have access to a 24-7 resource.

MarketingNet provided the ECI to ATRA to enable them to create their online presence. The ATRA ECI was implemented within their Internet and allows them to control the representation of their brand online and ensures consistent structure and style.
